I loved Blood Hunter because it keep me wanting to read on and it also made me feel like I was there see all of the things that were happening.
I think that the words and the ditails that were in it were wonderful.

its very strange at first with all the scientists, and i did not get it at first but as i went on …..
it was fabulous! it was very tempting to know what the creature was and as you read on you do get hints and clues but you find out properly when you go to the end. joe’s father is arrested in suspicion on murdering someone. but its not a murder its an attack! joe sets out to fing justice for him and his father. finally when people are getting attacked and dying the same way its not a normal investigation its a catch. the mission is to catch a serpeant which has a very rapid growth rate and is huge , its attacking everyone. it lives in a sink hole. but its not just one its lots!!!

This book is about scientists who go to a Mexican Jungle to explore a sinkhole. They return to England, but something follows them. And they’re deadly.

This book is a classic which gives you chills and thrills and will make you read on. Find out about if Joe McDonald murdered someone. Because the book is dying to be read.

This story is so mysterious and exciting you can’t stop reading. It is about a team of scientists which are trying to discover new life down a sink hole, but they don’t know whats down there.The creatures are trying to get rid of the human race because there trying to defend themselves so will the human kill the creatures before they do? its a magnificent book.

First Impression: Mexican Jungle, danger, DEATH, boyish, sci-fi, thriller, blood and gore.
After Reading: I still don’t get how they defeated the GLF wasps as it was really quick. It was frightening as well as exciting. It was a fun read. It wasn’t really engaging at first but as the secrets and adventures were revealed it became a fun read. The characters were quite believable so was the serpent like creature but I didn’t really find the wasps believable, they spoke in quite a different manner. It was a well structured book and had a greatly thought out plot. It was mostly clear and I understood most things, the vocabulary could have been stronger for the age group it is for, but some language used was interesting. I enjoyed this book a lot. I understood Joe’s character the most as it was from his point of view. It’s aimed at 11+ because of the gruesome detail. I would give it an overall mark of 15 out of 20!

This story is so mysterious and scary that you will not stop reading. This book is about when a boy called Joe who sees something that will be a threat to the human race. It is his worst nightmare! It is fantastic.

Blood Hunters, a book of terror, trauma and adventures. A terrifying story that follows you every second you move. This book will snatch your mind away as it tries to suck you in to its own narrow minded world. Don’t even think about going there! Why? Do you really want to find out? Then read the book! What? You want me to tell you about it? No way! I am not stupid you know!

The characters are extraordianlily superb and brilliant especially the creature!

The book carries a scary story within it which starts your heart pounding, makes you shiver and makes you wonder “What if the world inside the story comes to life?” Ok, lets not thik about that right now, it spooks me out!

It was a pleasure to read this book but the story was not pleasant, even though I enjoyed it. I loved the blub and the book cover; it really grabs your attention.

Steve Voake is a genius author for creating such a clever and astonishing story!

I loved reading this book as it draws your attention in from the very first page. The shock of this book stays with you long after the ending. The extraordinary characters jump out of the page bringing this whole book to life…

In this book there are many suspecting parts like on the blurb it says “a team of scientists explore the world’s deepest lake, but what they discover could wipe out mankind”. Phrases like this make you want to read on all the time.

In this book my favourite part has to be where the creatures evolve; they are super fast
and they can spot their prey when they move. It is characters like this which bring the whole book to life.

This book had a really interesting plot and a unexpected twist at the end. It grabbed my attention from the start as this could actually happen in real life. It was quite a gory book but I like that so I give it 10/10.
