Blood Ties is about a boy who thinks his father is dead but finds out his father is alive and was meant to be dead in a firebomb attack by RAGE; a group against genetic maniuplation. The rest of the story is a tale of betrayel and love.

I think the book was a very adventurous book. It was the sort of book I couldnt stop reading because it was really interesting. The main people in the book were Theo and a girl called Rachel. They both have very interesting lives from when they were born. There is a hidden secret that has been kept away from them for a long time but it’s been revealed in front of there eyes and left them both gobsmacked. I would rate this book 10/10!

I think this book is amazing. It is an adventure book which is good because it never gets boring. It also has a wonderful ending. Once you start reading you can’t stop until you finish. I would rate this book 10/10.

Sophie Mckenzie has done it again this book. It is so twisted and unbeliveable. It was just brillant in a way that i cannot explain just wonderful and I love the fact that they are prototypes of someone else most people would not think about that as a book. But Sophie did not so well done to her.

I love this book. It was about a boy and a girl who find out that they are out clones made by a crazy scientist. They go on a very adventurous, and amazing journey. This journey was very dangerous but also informative. They find out very interesting information but also worrying. The suspense in the book was sensational and it really built up tension. I couldn’t wait to see what will happen. It was amazing!

Blood Ties grabbed my attention from the first page. I thought it was a great idea to put it in two peoples point of view as it shows their perspective. The chapter where Theo is trying to escape from his bodyguard was really funny and when they found out they were clones I was shocked. I never thought the big secret would be that.

This book is amazing. I really liked reading Blood Ties. I would recommend this book to everyone. Its an action adventure and fast paced. There’s a bit of science fiction in there. I like the way Sophie Mckensie switches views of Theo and Rachel. I’d give this book 8/10

This book certainly has a very exciting story line. It is a very clever way of writing a book because it has to points of view and we can relate to what the characters are feeling. The story has many twists which are captivating. This book is a definate book to recomend, and a sure chance to win.
It’s about two people called theo and Rachel whose past holds many dark secrets which all started with the booming of a clinic by a terrorist group called Rage. Theo wants to looks for his father but has to escape from his body guard. He finds out on the net that a college who worked with his father lived in london with their daughter, Rachel.
Theo sets out in ask of information about his father . Rachel on the other hand, is just worried about her normal teenage life and hasn’t a clue as to what her father used to work as. But when theo comes along to her house for dinner one night, things don’t go as expected after that.
Theo and Rachel are on the run from R.A.G.E the terrorist group. But why? All is revealed inside this wonderful and creative book!

Blood Ties is brilliant.
its starts off with a boy wanting to meet his dad. All his life he thought his dad, James Lawson, was a brave solider as his mum has told him but when he finds out what kind of solider and who he was involved with, he goes out to find Rachel. She invites him round to talk to her dad. Rachels dad is acting suspicously when he sees Theo run his hand through his hair. Max a friend of theo hacks into Rachels dads computer and find out a mysterious message, something about greek gods….
This book contains things about nazis, clones, guns, love and RAGE.

I don’t really know what to say about this book because it was just so outstanding.
The only thing that I don’t like about the book is that it is a very long.
I can honestly say that I would not be surpised if Sophie won the MBA again.
