They all live in a house they find, and they try to look out for ships to help them. some people get injured on the island.
At the end only some escape from the island. (I think this book is great, it should of got in the final 6)
i really liked this book because i thought it was interesting how the author used a real island and anthrax from history and how he used kids instead of adults because it is usually adults who have to go through these type of problems and i liked how he didnt have all of them dying but he did not let them all live
Forbidden Island is a very realistic book worthy of our praise. It shows the mystery that is our Goverment. It tells of the naive curiosity of us humans that have sometimes led us to our doom and this mostly occurs in scientific discoveries like Antrax. We constantly disturb the natural balance of life by conductin various experiments of thing that are better to be left unknown.
Forbidden Island is a sad, gripping story with a name that says it all; But it puts a puzzling question on my mind, Would You Sacifice The Life Of Five In Order to save Your Country?
A gripping book that has you hooked from start to finish, with a sinister war secret that threatens the credibility of the government. A band of friends explore the Forbidden Island and fall ill with anthrax. Their adopted ADHD sister calls a reporter and they are saved when they film the atrocitys that has happened to them. It should be in the shortlist. 8/10?
