Just wanted to say what a fantastic website for your award. I was shortlisted last year and it was brilliant. My ears were ringing for a week afterwards. Sorry that Just Jealous didn’t make it this year but pleased as punch at some of the nice reviews. Good luck to all the shortlisted writers. Tip from me: Take earplugs to the final ceremony.

Joining the MBA reading group has helped me with my English a lot. These days it is a lot different, I mean, since I started to read, it has made me read more books and more books. I can’t even stop reading now!

It’s so hard to pick this year! I can’t decide which book should win! It’s crazy! Last year I was tied between Sophie Mckenzie and Anne Cassidy (by the way, sorry your not in the shortlist this year anne!)but this year it’s extremely HARD!

Hi everyone.
I love all of the books I have read so far. I also love all of the reviews that people have written. I cant wait to see who wins this year and I hope I can go to the ceremony again.(I went last year as a cheerleader-chech out the pics!)

Hi MBA! I am definitely loving the books this year! They are all fab! I am on my 21st right now!! So far, my favourites are: Beautiful Dead, Carbon Diaries, Ostrich Boy, and Zelah Green!! I also love the new competitions this year – they all seem really exciting! ;D

Hi MBA, i think the competition is a really great idea. It encourages people to read books they wouldn’t normally read. I also read a book i thought i wouldn’t like but it was so good that now I want to read its sequel. It really encourages people to try new things and I simply love the competitions. I look forward to this every year and I’m hoping to win like last time. Hope u like it too, so keep reading! (fingers crossed)
